SUMMARY:Yoga Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Participants in this workshop will practice and learn a simple yoga routine that can be practiced regularly at home. The routine combines physical postures (asanas) with controlled breathing (pranayama) and meditation. The physical benefits of this routine include enhanced flexibility\, strength\, balance\, reduced stress and greater relaxation. Mentally\, the routine will promote mindfulness\, reduce anxiety\, and improve mental clarity. Regular practice of this routine can lead to improved overall well-being and a harmonious mind-body connection. \nEach day of the workshop will include short but invigorating yoga asana sessions\, pranayama and traditional yogic cleansing processes. The workshop will be guided by yogi Praveen Mishra\, trained Hatha Yoga teacher. \nThe workshop is open to all ages and does not require any fitness level or prior experience with yoga. Participants should wear loose-fitting clothes and bring a handkerchief. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats & bricks\, if they have them. Shoes suitable for trekking would be helpful. \nFees & Accommodations:\nOne day: Rs 3\,000\, for those who can only come for one day.\nFull workshop Rs 6\,000\nAll rates include 3 meals per day and all applicable discourses & sessions.
