Women’s Yoga Retreat ~ “Moving into Silence”

At times, we all need to take a little pause from life. Please join me for a mini retreat ~ enjoy being surrounded in the beauty of Nature and being in Silence.
We will begin the Retreat on Friday evening with Restorative Yoga.
Saturday will be Yoga, guided Meditation, and some creative Play.
Inhale and exhale slowly ~ such a Joy.

The soothing and well-supported poses offer us the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life ~ relaxing body and mind.
Saturday 20 June ~ Mostly in Silence
7:30-9:00 am | Energisation Exercises, Yoga & Guided Meditation |
9:00-10:00 | Breakfast |
10:00-11:00 | Creative activity ~ so our breakfast can digest |
11:30-1:00 pm | Yoga & Meditation |
1:00-2:00 | Lunch |
2:00-3:30 | Living a Balanced life ~ Deepening our Sadhana |
4:30 | Chai & Closing circle |

About Nayaswami Tushti:
Tushti Conti comes from a medical background and greatly appreciates the health benefits of yoga. She received her teaching certification in 1997, from Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness. She sees yoga as a doorway to Inner Peace. Her teaching style is joyful, supportive, and caring. She guides each student to explore the true spirit of yoga, incorporating pranayama, affirmations and utilizing the breath to explore their own inner power and joy.
