We have two kinds of accommodations available to suit your needs.

1. Fully Furnished Duplex Rooms

These spacious and artistic two-story rooms include a bedroom on the “mezzanine” floor (loft) with an attached balcony, and a living room on the ground floor with an attached bathroom (with hot water) – perfect for the entire family, a couple or a group of friends. By default we keep two beds in the loft area and one bed on the ground floor, but we often add a fourth bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate a family of four. These rooms are very conveniently located just a few steps from the dining area.

2. Fully Furnished Cabins (Kutirs)

These cozy studio rooms include a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom (with hot water) and a small kitchenette – just perfect for a couple or an individual. By default we keep two beds in the bedroom, but we can add a third bed in the living room to accommodate a family of three. These rooms are in a more isolated and peaceful area, a few minutes uphill walk from the dining area.

Administrative Fee for Foreign Guests

Indian government regulations require us to inform the local police department whenever foreign (non-Indian) guests come to stay here, unless they also have an OCI card. For this process, we'll need to see your passport and visa documents when you arrive, so that we can submit the proper documents in a timely manner. The same regulations also require us to make regular in-person visits to the local Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO). In order to cover the additional time, efforts and transportation expenses involved, we charge a small fee of Rs 250 for each foreigner visit. Whether you're staying for 1 day or several months, this fee only needs to be paid once per visit.
