🌄 Day 1 – Foundations of Meditation

  • Introduction to basic yogic meditation
  • Correct posture & spinal alignment
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Breath awareness  
  • Evening guided meditation

🌞 Day 2 – Deepening Awareness

  • Energization exercises (as taught in Yogananda’s lineage)
  • Concentration techniques
  • Understanding the basics with guided sessions 
  • Longer silent group meditation , Kirtan 
  • Q&A session

🌙 Day 3 – Inner Silence & Devotion

  • Guided deep meditation
  • Introduction to mantra & awareness
  • How to build a daily practice
  • Creating a sacred meditation space at home
  • Closing group meditation

6:30 AM – Morning Meditation and yoga
9:00 AM – Breakfast  
10:30 AM – Teaching Session
