IMPORTANT UPDATE: Niraj Joshi, who was scheduled to lead all the outdoor nature activities, will not be able to come due to other responsibilities suddenly coming up.
Accordingly all the outdoor nature activities are cancelled. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, especially to any of you who had already booked. A few of the nature activities have been replaced by a nature trek and a visit to our onsite cave.
The classes in this retreat are based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple, Swami Kriyananda.

Schedule
All participants should arrive by 10 am on Monday, 30th December, so that you can get settled in your room and be ready for the orientation that will begin at 11 am.
The program will end with lunch on Wednesday, 1st January, from 1-2 pm.
In the following schedule, the outdoor nature activities are highlighted in green. For those who’ve already learned to meditate, hatha yoga sessions are available as an alternative option, and these are highlighted in orange.
Note that minor modifications may be made to the following schedule if it would better serve all participants.

About the Principle Instructor:
Acharya Dharana served in Ananda Palo Alto (USA), Ananda Assisi (Italy) and Ananda India, before becoming the primary Acharya here at the Ananda Meditation Retreat in 2015. He first began teaching in Italy, where Swami Kriyananda made him a minister, and has been teaching people how to meditate for over 20 years. Dharana has been practicing Kriya Yoga regularly for 34 years.
Accommodations & Rates:
The rate for this 3 day, 2 night workshop is only Rs 9,000 per person, including 3 meals per day and all discourses & sessions. Accommodations for single participants are included in a fully furnished, shared room. To make this more affordable, married couples can share a room at a reduced price of Rs 16,000.
