These holistic sessions introduce participants to simple yet potent tools to enhance one’s overall vitality. These practices help one cope with the hectic pace of modern working environments and enhance one’s wellbeing in all aspects of life.

The workshops are short sessions guided by yogi Praveen Mishra, certified Hatha Yoga teacher.

Components include invigorating yogic practices, pranayama and cleansing processes.

This workshop is open to all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience with yoga required.
