Awaken Through Yoga

Join us for a sacred weekend immersion into the timeless path of yoga — a journey not just of the body, but of the soul. In the ancient yogic tradition, the human being is seen as a reflection of the entire cosmos, and yoga is the divine science that bridges the limited self with the Infinite.

This retreat is not merely a workshop — it is a pilgrimage within. In the serene embrace of nature and under the guidance of yogic wisdom, we will awaken our dormant energies, cleanse the inner channels, and realign with the source of peace and bliss that already dwells within.

Through conscious movement, breath, and silence, we rediscover the sacredness of life itself.

About Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the spiritual science of uniting the pranic (vital life-force) and mental energies through disciplined practices. The word “Ha” represents the sun (pingala – active energy) and “Tha” the moon (ida – cooling, introspective energy). The union of these two results in balance, clarity, and spiritual awakening.

More than physical postures, Hatha Yoga is a path of inner purification and divine remembrance. It includes:
• Asanas (yogic postures): Channels energy, strengthens the body-temple, and prepares it for meditation.
• Pranayama (breath control): Harmonizes life force, calms the mind, and expands inner awareness.
• Shatkarmas (cleansing techniques): Remove toxins from the body and subtle layers of the being.
• Dhyana (meditation): Leads to stillness, self-realization, and divine connection.

When practiced with devotion and awareness, Hatha Yoga becomes a sacred doorway to the eternal Self — the Atman.
