Awaken Through Yoga

Experience a Weekend of Transformation and Tranquility.

Step away from the noise of the world and enter a sacred space of silence, simplicity, and self discovery.

This Hatha Yoga Retreat is a soulful immersion into the timeless path of yoga — a journey not just of the body, but of the soul.

In the serene embrace of nature, we will awaken our dormant energies, purify the inner channels, and realign with the source of peace and bliss that already dwells within.

Through guided meditation, classical asanas, breathwork, and sacred wisdom, this retreat becomes not merely a workshop but a pilgrimage within.

Whether you join for a single day or the entire retreat, you will leave feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply connected to your true essence.

About Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the ancient spiritual science of harmonizing the sun (Pingala active, dynamic energy) and the moon (Ida – cooling, introspective energy) within us.

This union of Ha and Tha brings balance, clarity, and inner awakening.

More than physical postures, Hatha Yoga is a path of purification and remembrance of the Divine Self.

It includes:

‍• Asanas (Yogic Postures): Strengthen the body-temple and prepare it for meditation.
️• Pranayama (Breath Control): Harmonize life force (prana) and calm the mind
• Shatkarmas (Cleansing Practices): Purify the body and subtle channels.
️• Dhyana (Meditation): Lead to stillness and divine realization.
• Spiritual Discourses: Bring yogic philosophy into daily life.

When practiced with awareness and devotion, Hatha Yoga becomes a doorway to the eternal Atman  the Divine Self.
