About Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the sacred union of Ha (sun energy) and Tha (moon energy) — a path that harmonizes strength and stillness, action and awareness.
It is not only a physical practice, but a spiritual science of awakening the higher consciousness.

It includes:
Asanas (Yogic Postures): Strengthen the body and awaken subtle energy flow.
Pranayama (Breath Control): Balance prana and purify the mind.
Shatkarmas (Cleansing Practices): Detoxify and rejuvenate the system.

7:55–9:00 AM — Pranayama & Silent Meditation
9:00–10:00 AM — Breakfast
10:00–10:20 AM — Arrival time for new participants / Departure time for those leaving
10:20–12:20 PM — Yoga Philosophy / Trek / Healing Workshop

All meals are sattvic, freshly prepared, and spiritually uplifting.
Daily herbal kadha supports immunity and inner balance.
Periods of silence (mauna) and journaling deepen awareness.

Retreat Fees
3000 per day sharing / ₹4,000 per day single occupancy
All rates include 3 meals per day and all applicable discourses & sessions.
