HATHA YOGA WORKSHOP
A Deeper Journey into Traditional Hatha Yoga
6th November, 5:00 PM – 8th November, 5:00 PM
Investment: ₹6,000
Yoga is an ancient Indian tradition that brings together the body, breath, mind and inner awareness. Over thousands of years, Yoga has evolved as a profound science of self-exploration, helping practitioners develop physical wellbeing, mental clarity, emotional balance and a deeper connection with themselves.
This workshop offers an opportunity to explore traditional Hatha Yoga beyond the physical practice of asanas. Through a combination of yogic practices, participants will learn how the body, breath and mind can work together to create greater awareness, balance and stillness.
The workshop will include:
- Traditional Hatha Yoga Asanas
- Jal Neti & selected yogic cleansing practices
- Pranayama and breath awareness
- Trataka – traditional practice of concentration
- Meditation & mantra chanting
- Relaxation and Yoga Nidra
- Understanding the traditional principles and purpose of Hatha Yoga
Each practice will be approached with awareness and proper guidance, allowing participants to understand not only how to practice, but also the deeper purpose behind the practices.
Every asana session will include a short period of meditation and mantra chanting before and after the practice, creating a space to move from physical awareness towards inner stillness.
The workshop will also include simple and sattvic meals, with an emphasis on wholesome local food from Maharashtra.
The sessions will be guided by Yogi Praveen Mishra, a trained Hatha Yoga teacher, with an emphasis on traditional practice, mindful awareness and a practical approach that participants can continue in their daily lives.
The workshop is open to all levels, including beginners. No previous experience or particular fitness level is required.
